As the head coach at Drona Sports & NJYCA I am helping to build out the coaching program. In our first year have see an up tick in individual and team performances. Winning 7 trophies across age groups.
Director of Cricket & Head Coach
From 2015 - 2023
Managed the franchise, which included, scouting talent from the ages 9 till senior level across all ages, coaching the men's first team, appointing coaches, drafting and auctioning players. Won 7 trophies across age groups.
Owner & Head Coach
From 1997 - 2022
As the owner of The Cricket Coaches I oversaw all the programs, coaching standards and business growth of the academy. Grew the academy to more than 120 cricketers.
Head Coach
From 2008 - 2021
At RCC I oversaw the coaching program for more than 250 cricketers every season, developed coaches and ensured the club stays ahead of the rest through a professional structure for youth cricketers.

From 2019-2021
A privilege to work at a prestigious cricket school within the CGL leagues. Coached the High School first team. Saw huge growth in individual performances and introduced a thriving U14 program into the school.
