The Find your FLOW program provides you with a premium coaching experience that supports you to develop the skills to build the life that you predict for yourself to have.
1. The program starts with a 'Shadow Assessment' where we analyse and explore all facets of your life and performance.
2. You have 5 hours of coaching time allocated every month. (This could be once off, or split through the course of a month). The content of these conversations is 100% customised to your needs and next steps.
3. Ongoing telephonic support at any given time.
4. Possible travel to tournaments and events can be discussed in advance.
5. Learn to live the life that supports your performance to happen.

Duration: 12 months.

Monthly Coaching: Online via Zoom.
